There is another very new warriors website that you might want to join! It is new it does not have many members yet! It would bee appreciated if you joined. Here is the site address:

Right now all the clans are run by Admin. But if people join and they seem alright then they can be clan leaders

Yes, the site still works. Did you type it in correctly or copy it? That would be the most common way of it not working. If you did that, after triple checking, maybe it could be blocked by something.
