Warriors: The Modern Age

Welcome to the modern rpg of the warrior cats! In this rpg, you will be roleplaying your own character (please actually use your OWN character, so for example I use Onyxstar instead of some other character I come up with) in the world of us modern humans. Depending on your cat's age, they will either be attending school, or maybe has already completed and is living a life with a job. If you want, your characters can already know each other, or they can just be strangers and be introduced to each other as the rp progresses.

Remember to rename your character, because having a name like a warrior cat would not be realistic. Here are some rules that I'd like you to follow, however.

Rules:
- No godmodding. This means that you should not be roleplaying someone else's character and controlling their actions without their permission.
- Don't create a new character. Use your own warrior cat character for this.
- Make sure to make posts that are longer than 3 sentences. This will help keep the rp moving at a good pace, not too fast, not too slow.

She has sharp golden-yellow eyes. While working in the military, her hair is drawn back into the customary bun. She usually wears casual clothes, a t-shirt or tank top, a pair of jeans, comfortable athletic shoes.

Appearance: A tall muscular tomboy with long legs. Waist long curly brown hair usually down surrounds her pale face. Very blue piercing optics, are placed between her naturally long eyelashes. Her high cheekbones and pimple free face pop out along with her rosy lips. She usually wears sweatshirts, running shoes, and shorts but goes along with fashion only when needed to. No veins are visible on all of her skin. Skinny but strong, her looks are both of beauty and a jock.

Katara:

Personality: Is a natural leader, bold, a daredevil, cautious, and intelligent. Can be dark and a lone wolf but usually wears a smile and cracks jokes. Is childish and pesky. Has a long line of stubbornness and a suprising amount of calm. Has serious trust issues so is very protective of her closest friends and will never turn on them because she doesn't want them to feel the pain she once felt. Very unemotional and has never shed a true tear since she was ten except for in her acting scenes.

Michelle pushed open the door to the Starbucks, inhaling the familiar scent of coffee. Ah. Coffee was a lifesaver. And she was so tired as well.... after being drafted across multiple continents for the last few years since she was part of the military, it was... well. Tiring. It wasn't like she escaped unharmed either. Receiving bullets through your arms wasn't a very comfortable thing to experience. It was still early in the morning as well, and slightly cold which was why she was bundled up in a warm jacket and long pants. The tall raven walked in, causing many people to glance at her apprehensively and possibly in fear as well. Well, it wasn't very surprising. Michelle knew she was a very intimidating person both on and off the battlefield. And the scar on her face she had received on one mission probably didn't help that fact. She walked up to the cashier, and the poor guy looked like he wanted to pee his pants. What could she order...? Maybe a simple croissant? Definitely black coffee... She placed her order, payed the money and walked off to a nearby table to wait.

She drummed her fingers on the table as she waited for her food to arrive. The door's bell jingled and she glanced at who had just entered.

The Starbucks parking lot was filled almost to the bursting point- the drive through not looking much better, Danni noticed as she approached the small, dark building. Thankfully, Danni had chosen to walk today due to the fact that the coffee shop was located near her apartment- just a 15 minute walk. Her long, dark curly hair was pulled up into a high pony-tail, a few strands falling freely into her face as Danni entered the crowded Starbucks; the rich, warm scents of coffee filling her nose and making her sigh eagerly. "Is there ever a day when this place isn't totally crowded? Thankfully my first appointment isn't for a while." Danni thought irritably, slowly making her way through the line and up to the counter before placing her order of some random, sweet coffee drink.

Whenever her drink finally was finished, Danni paid for her drink and turned to examined the bustling room with wary eyes. As she observed the filled tables, Danni's gaze fell upon the familiar face of Michelle- a woman she had treated on several occasions for phantom pain after she had returned from being stationed overseas. Smiling, Danni weaved her way through the busy shop and towards the other woman who was sitting at an empty table.
"Michelle! It's been a while since I've last seen you. Has any of your pain returned?" Danni exclaimed, looking over at the other woman with a warm smile, her long curly hair hanging from her shoulder as she bent down slightly to converse with Michelle. Grasping her drink more tightly, Danni moved to the opposite end of the table of dark oak wood before sitting down in the other chair and dropping her bag.

OMG STARBUCKS 4 LIFE! IM GONNA JOIN YOU GUYS!!!

The tall dark brunett was running. Katara was just leaving the city and cameras behind to head to her home deep within the forest. She was at a steady jog, about an hour from her place. Her hair was blowing in the wind, resulting in a quick bun on the run. She came upon a tree with a short trunk and wide branches. Grinning to herself, she pulled herself up and walked on the nearest branch, jumping off at the end and grabbing onto another one midair. She threw herself on to another branch, barely making the jump. She slithered back onto the ground and was back on the path again. She took a deep breath. The forest was her true home. She had roamed forests since she had been abandoned and knew every twist and turn in its ecosystem. She was just beginning to smile when out of the blue a giant cloud covered the sun. Thunder shook the earth like a mother forcing shaken baby syndrome on a child. Lightning crackled in the sky, the streaks of light the only way Katara could see. Rain drenched the girl as she stood in the forest, no umbrella, no transportation, no anything. She groaned. Almost slipping in mud, the tomboy pushed herself through the muddy jungle to get back to civilization. That is the reason your parents named you "cursed" in Greek. She sighed to herself. She needed to get out of the rain. In five long minutes she was back into the city. She tugged her hoodie tightly over her head and walked head low into a restaurant. She tumbled into the door and gave it a nudge. It opened and she sat her drenched body down on a seat. Starbucks. Hmmm. I could use a coffee to warm me up and not die of hypothermia... She thought as she pulled out her iPhone 6s Plus and tapped on the Starbucks app. She warily pulled her hood down not wanting any more attention than she had one day on the bridge. Luckily her house wasn't discovered so she didn't have to worry about that happening everyday. Katara walked up the employee, ordered a venta iced coffee with hazelnut and two percent milk, grabbed her drink, and plastered herself to her seat again. What a cursed day...
