The Quest for Revenge

Storyline: Twolegs are threatening every living creature near the lake. They are taking medicine and dosing birds with them. Those birds are becoming mutant, and are taking on and killing some of the Clan's most prized possession. The new generation of warriors. One cat, Deadcloud, took a dose of it. Now mutant, he gather an army of rouges and is threatening the Clans. Revenge for his mistreatment from the Clans in his head, he is picking off some cats and killing them.The Clans must fight back.

(Roleplay realistic, and have fun. Please no cats taking the dose and becoming powerful and great. Deadcloud is the ONLY cat who can have the dose. Have fun!)

I headed back to my den, pondering over what I had heard. I had been walking along the Shadowclan border when I heard about Deadcloud. OH, theres a mouse. I dropped into a crouch, and pounced on it. I briefly gave thanks to Starclan and tucked in. oh, it tasted so good! then, suddenly, I heard a sudden and brief russle in the leaves in front of me. standing. I took a quick breath of air, looking for something unuasual, then I heard an identical russle behind me. something was weird here. then, 4 cats leapt out from the bushes. I was way outnumbered. thinking quickly, hopping these cats were allys of this Deadcloud, I meowed "hello newcomers. have any of you seen Darkcloud? I am looking for him. I wish to be part of the army to take care of the clans." I REALLY hope these cats are Darkclouds followers, and that no cats around to witness whats going to happen. they looked at each other and the biggest, the leader I thought, stepped forward. "we will take you with us. but why do you want to come. how do we know your not a spy?" "I have a sister in the clans who I want revenge on. it wouldn't be to bad to hurt the clans either." I said. that seemed good enough for them. "come, we will take you to our place. but be warned, if you are a spy, or fail us, we will kill you." the big cat hissed. I hope the clans trust me. and that Darkcloud dosn't find out what what im planning to do. if I ever needed courage, I need it now. I am going to help the clans. I am going to become a spy. Starclan help me.

I shuddered. Deadcloud was about. She was once in the Clans. I was the reason for revenge. I closed my eyes remembering the day that I went into a rage after being taunted from some clanmates. I took it out a wandering cat by the border, Deadcloud, who was now mutant. Now she was probably going to kill me or fatally wound me for being such a fox-heart. I was always messed up. Born to a mother who died and witnessed a sister die. My life has been only death and will be affected by it. I looked up at the sun which was blazing right into my eyes. I shivered once I saw storm clouds cover it. Death was going to come upon the Clans. Thunder crackled in the crisp, clean air. Rain soon poured down, and my green eyes blazed with sadness. I looked into the forest. And I would be the one responsible for this. Every thing...

I squeezed myself through the tight brambles. They scrapped against my pelt, tearing away pieces of fur as I slid into a tunnel. Many moons have gone by since I choose to leave Skyclan. I haven't been there in almost three moons since my last visit. Caught in my journeys and adventures around the uncharted territories. The tunnel was moist. Roots hung from the ceiling and some dug into the cavern walls. I sniffed the air. The scent of copper grew stronger and a light pounding echoed quietly through the tunnels. Rain? I stopped in my tracks and starred at the ground. Something was wrong. Something was about to change. I could feel the earth tremble underneath my paws, it wasn't the thunder. Where is was going I had no idea. But it could be a threat to all the clans. Skyclan! Thoughts of my old home immediately rambled through my head. I looked up at the tunnel entrance and watched the water rain down in. I have to get out of her before the rain floods the tunnel. I swung my head around and sprinted down the tunnel in hopes of escaping in time.

Deadcloud prowled the undergrowth along the border of Thunderclan's territory. She had covered herself in mud to disguise herself from other cats, and to blend in. The mutant blood that ran through her veins gave her the power to kill and harm cats without mercy. She no longer viewed other cats as her 'friends' or 'clanmates.' Those words were now foreign to the ex-clancat. She seeked nobody as her own, there was just other cats following her because they admired her powers and ruthlessness. Whatever the twolegs gave Deadcloud, other ruthless cats wanted it.
Usually, Deadcloud seeked time by herself. But today she was on a mission to seek something else. A cat to keep her company, not in the way an ordinary cat may think. She wanted someone as ruthless as her to help make harder kills. To kill bigger warriors, even patrols of cats until the clans left or gave her what was rightfully hers; the land by the lake.
Bringing herself back to reality, she heard a branch crack ahead. She quickly climbed a tree and crouched above. Watching downward, a black cat walked into view. It took Deadcloud a moment, but she finally realized this was Ravensky. Ravensky, she growls in her head, the last cat to treat me bad and the first one to be taken down by me.. Deadcloud waited in the shadows, waiting for the perfect time to make her entrance..

as I followed the four warriors, I heard a sharp crack in a tree a few tree lenths behind me. "hold on" I whispered to the other cats. "stay there" I said.  I swerved from my course, and looked up after walking a bit. there was Ravensky! and a cat that must be Darkcloud! she looks like she is going to, she is!!! I quickly walk around the tree to an easy place to get to Ravensky. I creapt up to Raven. looking up I saw Darkcloud looking down in frustration. when I was close enough, I sprang onto Ravensky, holding her down. "don't say my name! im going to help. if I can get her to trust me, I can spy for you! play dead!" I hissed quietly into her ear. then, covering my teeth, I quickly and softly bit down on her throt, and said "don't move. i'll get her away." then I looked up. "shes dead. sorry if I intruded on anything. I want to help you destroy the clans" if Darkcloud finds out about this, im dead.

The wind was unsettled. It blasted through the valley creases with great force. A small cat us could be blown away. Rain increased at lightning struck and thunder pounded above our roofs. The Elders have moved into the medicine cats den. The fallen hollow trunk began leaking and rocked, putting the elders in peril. I shifted my gaze to the tunneling hole covered by brambles, leading to the warriors den and apprentice den.

I stood up and crawled out of the small tunnel under the highrock, the leaders den. The wind slammed against my body. I dug my claws into the soaked earth as the wind pushed harder. I slipped through the tightly packed brambles, the thorns and branches scrapping at my fur. I peered around a corner and looked into the apprentice den. Nothing but sleeping kits. I smiled slightly and began remembering my apprenticeship in Shadowclan before leaving and requesting to join Windclan. To this day I am still surprised I was accepted and made it to the position I am in now. I turned back and glanced at the warriors den. Some warriors played with a moss ball while others complained or slept. A few warriors greeted and I nodded "hello" back. I crawled out of the tunnel and returned to my den slowly but safely. Hopefully this storm dies down tomorrow. We have so much recovering to do. Hopefully Drizzlestar, Blazestar, Mossstar, and Hazelstar are safe.I couldn't stop myself from thinking what would happen to the other clans. They may be enemies but I can't help but wonder and hope. I tucked myself into a tight ball and starred at the black wall in front of me.

I really hoped that Raven did what I asked. my life depended on it. and I hoped that she understood why I was doing it. I looked at Deadcloud uncertantly. "can I join you? I hate the clans, and I would be very usful to you." I meowed. then I remembered the warriors! then I saw them coming out of the bushes. "we saw what you did. she would be a very nice warrior." they said, first to me then to their leader.

Redclaw, I know you may not know, but you are controlling my cat. It's ok because I sometimes do it too, but in the future please do not assume what my cat will do. For that Is my decision. I'll play along now, but I will not in the future.

I knew Deadcloud was near me. Redclaw came in and whispered for me to be still, which I did muttering under my breath. "I am not a kit! I knew Deadcloud was there." I murmured being my usual self, a pessimist and sharp mouthed. I acted to be dead. Rain bit into my fur and I stared out into the forest, my eyes glazed from raindrops I couldn't blink out. I heard Redclaw talk to Deadcloud and I shuddered. I let out a small hiss only I could hear as Redclaw finished. My eyebrows grew stiff as the pointed down in disapproval. How dare she say that, no matter what! She could die since she is in the same clan as me. Knowing Deadcloud and her quest for revenge... I let out a smirk. If I see Deadcloud try to harm my clanmate in any way, I'll be on her like the stripes on Tigerstar!

"I would be honored to join. My sister betrayed me, and she is a clan member. I have hated the clans ever since. I would appreciate the chance to take revenge, even if I die because of the clans." I think about the last two things. Huh, they can go either way. Cool! Deadcloud appeared to be thinking it over, I hope the clans agree to let me spy, otherwise, I'm with the enemy with lies keeping me alive.

I let out a snort. "Don't count your kits before they're born!" I said muffled by her fur. I didn't want her to walk in a sea of lies just for some nonsense cat who was only after me. I started this, don't let Redclaw go with her too! I thought. I slid out a claw and poked Redclaw with it. "Just get her distracted while I get to Drizzlestar so she can send a patrol to clear her out!" I hissed to her silently. "You are much to valuable to be taken away from the clan, and you know it. This cat will kill to have a scrap with me..." I said, aware that we probably wouldn't get away without a fight. Eh... it's up to Redclaw. If she wants ties with this cat, or spy, she can't say I didn't warn her...

as Ravensky told me to keep her distracted, I silently agreed. problem is, how? "um...., so how about it? can I join? how bout you think about it while I take this cat away and bury it. then you can tell me when I get back?" I said nervously. as she hesitated, not answering, I gently took Ravenskys scruff and pulled her away, trying to not hurt her while making it look like she was dead. Ravensky might not like help but this was something she couldn't do on her own. when we were out of earshot, I let go and sat up. "sorry if I hurt you. I didn't mean to. we need to get her where she cant hurt us. she dosnt just hate you, she hates the clans. I'm not just gonna sit back and let her take over, not when I can do something about it. my life is just one in all of the clans." I hoped she understood. I should be getting back, but.......
